Not feeling supported by my attorney. I’ve been documenting for almost 2 years in Our Family Wizard examples of my care and involvement of the children, and examples of concerning behavior regarding my ex. My attorney basically said I need to put together for her reasons why I should have more placement, but has stated multiple times the change in job that no longer requires travel is the only reason I have a chance, as if everything else I have doesn’t matter.

What should I be expecting from my attorney in terms of preparation to argue more placement?

Originally I was going to put together a binder of all the evidence I have that I’ve been involved with my children all their lives, and compile letters from friends, family and the community regarding my character.

My ex has explicitly said she is preparing to have evidence against me so I don’t get more placement. Her “evidence” will consist of being forgetful such as forgetting to exchange everything during drop off time, accusations that I didn’t prioritize the kids because I asked to rotate Fridays and take a different day, and that I’m not available to take care of the kids because a handful of times I’ve had my gf pick the kids up from school, I work from home btw.

Just looking to see what work your attorneys did for you when in placement battles.
