Without lawyers, you can draw up 99-1, get her to sign it, the Judge will stamp it without question

I used a mediator instead of a lawyer. They drew it up exactly as I proposed. I conceded more than I wanted, but probably less than if we’d fought in court. But the judge signed it without questions.

You can agree to a disproportionate distribution of marital assets, but if you fight about it and let the court decide, 9 times out of 10 it will be 50/50. If the distribution is wildly in favor of you - starting from like 70/30, the court will ask questions about the agreement - primarily:

Did she have her own separate legal advice
Is she aware this is likely less than she’s entitled to
How will she support herself
Was she coerced into accepting this

Things like that. Also, she can change her mind all the way up until very second before the judge signs off on it - so make sure you manage the situation.
