Why does anyone need to be "blamed"?

The solution, according to the report, is to encourage marriage at a younger age and for men to “enter adulthood” earlier than 25. This can be achieved by offering more internships and apprenticeships so that men have to mature faster. Pressuring and shaming anyone who does not want to have a baby into parenthood sounds like a terrible idea.

Unpaid internships and apprenticeships wouldn't help men find women who are "ready" for marriage themselves, because there are financial standards that men have to adhere to and women don't.

Well that's bollox. It's women who don't want kids. Considering overall they need to do better or the human race disappears Of course having children does incur an element of sacrifice. Much like men sacrifice family life and actual life in the work place. Women need to do better.

I think woman should just partner up with older men. My gf is 7 years younger then me, every sucessfull couple that i know the men is much older, often over 10 years older.
