If you think "I hate black people" is problematic, then read this 👇

When someone says "I hate black people" it's because they've largely had negative experiences with black people. "But it's not all black people!" I know. But it's a lot (Many of us have amazing black coworkers, classmates, friends, etc.) And the sentiment underlying is that we don't know which black people are SAFE (people say this to indicate how UNSAFE we feel around black people). So if you become reactive— you start yelling at us about how it's not all black people and some black people are good... show us. Show us. Don't get defensive. Just be there and listen to what we have to say (SHOW us it's "not all black people" instead of belittling us) because trust me, you will be horrified by a lot of experiences. We are loyal for as long as possibly can be (Many people who say this ARE attracted to black people. Some have black partners). There will be no crimes for them to commit. We don't like most black people. We stay away from them because we feel unsafe.

Again, these same fools can't at all separate individualism from identity. They just collectively hate and generalize based on similarities in biological traits, in this case, gender—the same identity-based hate that's used to target millions: Blacks, whites, Asians, Hispanics, etc. If you tried it on anything else, it would be completely unhinged.

No, it's not that apples are bad; it's that there are bad apples. And it's not even due to the fact that they are apples; it's what's inside that made the bad apples. Also, you aren't refuting the argument by stating that 'it's still apples.' The demographic we're looking for is bad apples, not any ordinary apple. That would be absolutely horrible, to just throw a bunch of apples out because they are apples and not bad apples. They have to fit the small subset in order to be chucked out; you don't get to toss them out simply because they are apples.

Even logically, this doesn't make sense. Imagine spending and dedicating literal years of your life to grow produce, only for you to discover that some of it is bad. Keep in mind that it has to specifically be bad produce. You instead throw out all the produce simply because it's produce, therefore, all produce must be bad. No, the mass produce isn't bad; it must fit the category and criteria for bad produce to make it bad. Also, it's not even about the produce; it's about what's in the produce that's making it bad. You decide to toss years of work out of the window and chuck out all of it anyway. Congratulations, you've got no produce to eat; now you starve. See how utterly nonsensical this all is.

The funniest thing about these sort of things is it just feeds into stereotypes, as she said its not all logical and they know their wording is wrong but its about how they feel and we are supposed to react to their feeling.

I don't get it really, if I want anyone to have sympathy for me I don't really try to smear them or attack them for feeling attacked when I say something about a group they belong to. I commented on one of her posts where she was pressuring straight men who weren't comfortable giving head to their girl that "lesbians would be fine with doing that," I basically just responded by saying "everyone has their own boundaries of what they are comfortable with doing sexually and we shouldn't violate that, for both men and women" and then she blocked me.
