Using a random old reddit acc for this one, since it contains personal information.

Firstly, I do not hate women. In fact, I can't remember the last time I have interacted with one outside of my family for more than a quick conversation, so it wouldn't be fair to judge. Also, I don't really consume redpill content, besides Andrew Tate for the lulz. I just identify with the mindset of many of those in the community, and acknowledge it's a problem with my perspective on society.

Growing up with Aspergers meant that I had very few friends, so I'm very lonely. I had some male friends, but have never had a female friend. I know this isn't the end of the world, but it makes me depressed and lonely and scared for the future. Most of my social interaction comes from using 4chan and Reddit, and 4chan greentexts on Reddit, for hours on end every day. Although it provides people that are in a similar situation that I am in, I end up more depressed lonely and anxious than ever afterwards. I try to go out and interact with others, but I literally feel mentally that it is impossible (I can't explain in in text form). I also work out tot ry and look buff and save up for designer cloithing, but neither of those work either.

I only really find joy in the few positive moments I have with my family and friends, the vices such as drugs or buying or going somewhere new, and the gym. I hate how I and my body look so I spend every day at the gym. I get really cranky and self conscious any day I cannot go to the gym.

I'm also having trouble after going down the the nofap/semen retention rabbit hole. Now every time I give in and climax I feel a wave of depression and nihilism. Even if I do get a GF, I am scared too afraid to have sex because I don't wan't to lose my sexual energy. I'm also cut, which I didn't care about until recently when I learned it makes sex a lot worse, and now I feel even more anxious.

I'm not always depressed. I just need help eliminating the demons and subconscious judging that I feel all the time, and live a happier lfie with healthier relationships while living with a social disorder. I tried therapy but that was of no use.
