I wish you had given a little more detail. I used to be red pill af and now I laugh at the idea of it and can't believe how manipulative I used to be to pick up women. Of course you can still live a good life and be a good person. You just have to make a conscience effort to do it and apply those changes day by day. I don't hate the red pill at all, it taught me a lot, it taught me that being a manipulative douche bag is no way to live a happy fulfilled life.

It's never to late to be a good person if you really want to be.

Hell yeah man. It's never too late to turn your back on toxicity. Just be the best person you can be going forwards, and you'll create new, healthier relationships.

I've recently become aware of the saying "The best time to plant a tree is 20 years ago, the second best time is now." and I think it applies here. Dwelling on things you did or did not do in the past is unhealthy. The only thing that matters is how you make changes moving forward.

When I first got into the pickup scene 15yrs ago it was mostly a supportive and positive male space, today it looks very different, back then we had a 'women are cute and fun' and 'try to leave her better than you found her' mindset. Flirting is a game, other peoples feelings are not, misogyny wont make anyone happy, and it usually wont get people laid either, its "bad game".
