It only works on toxic and/or insecure people. Unless that's what the person wants to attract, I would advise avoiding red pill.

I never applied the advice. but the general teachings which boil down to "she will never love you" ruined many of mine

I consumed it and tried it. Then I met my girlfriend on okcupid and I basically did EVERYTHING wrong from a red pill perspective. Hell, when she met me, she said I was really awkward and she questioned staying with me. I was obese at the time with Aspergers (which I still am now). From a red pill perspective, I should have been alone cuz "all women are superficial and go only for CHADS". Now we married and having blissful relationship.

Redpill didnt work for me. Being myself did.
