Tinder is a looks based app designed to get ALL ITS users (from its buyers (men) to its product (women) addicted and conditioned to value looks over everything else)

It uses the power of the dopamine loop and the weakness of the brain not being able to identify and discriminate dopamine influences to accomplish this.

It is not only highly addictive, but as any highly addictive substance does leads to anxiety: depression. Suicidal ideation, decreased meaningful relationships, decreased satisfaction with romantic relationships.

What your friend is getting (sex) fails to compare to what we all truly want (companionship) because we have a deep need to belong which in relationships translates to a deep need to be one with someone evident by studies that have shown we synch our bodies (physiology) and minds (neurology) to those we are closest too.

Hence why the saying you become an amalgamation of the 5 closest people you interact with is highly true.

You may think you only want sex, but once you get a post nut clarity what you truly want cones.

Think of hormone as similar to emotions

When hormones are high you can’t think straight worth shit.

When hormones are low you can think very clearly.

Bring the hormones down and you’ll know what you truly want.

Don't go on Tinder. It's entirely superficial, even more than just meeting people at bars, and you're fighting a losing battle since there's like one girl for every four guys that are on there.
