Is she into women? Then you can do those things together. Aside from that you’ll be happy to note the memory that we use to store experiences with others is fuelled by feelings. Make her feel the best and she will forget the rest. Here are some tips. Try role playing. Look into bdsm especially romantic bdsm. Buy sex games. Master the karma sutra. There are tons of stuff you can do to embrace your sex positive women. We all have a so called ho side When we embrace it and nurture it in a healthy m…

That is the first step of reframing. You have to build trust, understanding etc, thus you have to first see we’re they are coming from and acknowledge validate how their viewpoints as perceptions shapes your reality. Once you do this you then start (with their permission and informed consent) to challenge their views by getting them to see how, how they see things is affecting their life and causing the effects of what they don’t want to experience. Mathew third step is to offer solutions that r…

Great insights here. I usually do the above when working on larger projects or doing my YouTube videos. Never thought I should fully apply code of ethics to Reddit or other forum like spaces. Definitely lots to reflect on. Thank you for your suggestions. I greatly appreciate them.

No I’m someone who is studying psychology. I help people in all walks of life. Part of that help involves seeing things from their point of view then reframing them to a more realistic view. But hey you are free to think what you want about me or what I write. Your opinion is like a grain of sand in the ocean.

I’m doing this more for black pill people as help them as part of my living. Part of that help involves reframing, we’re I show them concepts they know relate to them then provide them things to help shift their perception and thus mindset. Shifting perception and replacing old perceived values and principles with new ones is how you create long lasting behaviour.

I’m not knocking your journey. ☺️ I view life like roads. No path is wrong. Some more bumpy or long but all paths are valid. I just like sharing and expanding ideas and I don’t like how people look at pseudo science and say no value here cause it’s not rooted in truth. When in reality all experiences have some truth to them. It’s just a matter of finding what it is.

Love language I believe is only pseudo science because of its claim that ways we show love are found only five ways. There is very real truth to ways that we feel loved correlate to the behaviour. But a main problem with that claim is some feel the love they deserve is abusive thus the way they want to be loved is abuse. A good example of this would be those who get pleasure out of abusive acts in bdsm. The only difference is the sensation and emotion tied behind bdsm then say traumatic abuse. T…

She has a broken attachment style that involves some insecurity based traits resulting in insecurity based behaviours. People with these traits and behaviours tend to have two core limiting beliefs. 1: I am not truly worthy of love. 2: I worry others will prove that I am unworthy of love. As a result these people especially in their extremes tend to self sabotage relationships and or sabotage those who are building relationships with them. Your girl saying say I love you more might be her saying…

The way you want unless you want to be imprisoned by doing things to get others to give you what you want. Then be how they want you but know that that comes with extreme probability of developing anxiety; depression etc resulting in you spiralling down and changing yourself to the point where you lose what you tried so hard to be what you thought you wanted wanted you to be.

How does red pill control the mind and control the the victims of red pill mind? For control to exist the victim must already believe in one or more of what’s being controlled to be either a fact of reality or a fact of plausible reality. These red pill ideas work so well because they use science and societies perception of science as the truth along with tapping into peoples lived experiences that seem true to plug into their victims perceptions of truth and science being true along with one’s …

I’m glad you loved it I highly recommend reading The way of the superior man and masculine in relationship as it’s all about understanding these concepts and applying them in life.

We do this because society has constructed what masculine and feminine traits are. Much literature on the topic but most say the difference is the masculine (which could be anyone) wants and is all about freedom, the feminine is all about love and the pursuit of unconditional love for all things. When you combine the two it becomes the freedom to love being loved and free in all areas which is an entire life journey in itself.

Never do things to get things. Become things because it’s who you are and it were meant to be. Are we meant to be anxious? Fear driven beyond action? Deep rooted issues related to learned helplessness. Entrapped in a society snd system design to make you broke; miserable, and depressed? When you think about it, it seems much of what men lack is not soo much masculinity but freedom; agency of their life and the ability to truly be anything and anyone they want given a moment. Ironically this chec…

Thank you and I think IMO your story has a lot to do with attachment then any girl or guy logic. In fact, you remind me a lot of someone who has a disorganized attachment style and your friend might have the same. In fact I’d argue that most people with fear of abandonment tend to flip flop between insecure (I need him) and avoidant (I don’t need him) Also imo the through lines (subconscious core)of those attachment styles come from two sources of love. The first is insecure in that one fears th…

Yes what you are talking about is splitting and comes from mainly borderline personality literature. As a fellow bordie, unless we effortlessly work at rewriting this neuro circuitry we tend to only see people based on what they do for us as either a good or bad person. This one of the hallmark reasons why people with bpd are seen as manipulative because much of our relationships if not required through therapy or other means feel transactional as in… A person treats me well they are God I must …

Throw half your shit out, lose most of your personality purpose, if you have kids drop them off somewhere you can’t access them, take your income divide it by two and throw it down a drain. It’s not hard to see why some older men feel the to offers a solution to their issues when you look at life from there perspective. This goes for any issue or person you heavily disagree with.

They don’t need to be seen as the norm. But it is a research fallacy to say that this effect will have an identical effect in another country even if they are similar in social conditioning. It’s the same reason why statistics only relate to the actual stat they are pointing to and not the entire subject matter which is something to misrepresents constantly.

But it’s still not a western pop and therefore cannot be applied to fathers in the west. It can only be applied to fathers in the area they are in. This is the bio-psycho-social approach. Social conditioning plays an immense role on one’s perception and behaviours. This is why research is only meant to be applied to the pop it is being studied on not the entire group as a whole.

It’s actually still about having a relationship with your bio father. Same with if the mother was not present you’d still want that relationship. It’s why child services never fully remove parents including abusive ones from seeing kids as that alone has a huge effect on child development. A sample size of eighteen in a completely different country than the west is not enough to go on. There are a myriad other factors to consider as well such as neuro synchronization and wether these role models…

You have to re read the abstract again. Also as a psych major it’s important to know any study that does not have a sample size larger than 30 needs more data as the data is most likely skewed one way or another. Also the abstract portion says it still impacted them not having a father it was just less an impact.

Great questions to look Into. I know the group data I gathered is skewed because it’s on a site we’re fathers are in the system. So to answer that we’d have to look elsewhere. Many I’d argue is because they did not want kids to begin with, and they can’t get a financial abortion so they resort to abandonment. Others (I know this from what some of my female friends who had kids said) the father left cause they felt unfit or unable to care for the children. Some reasons sighted were drug/alcohol a…

Why? I’m going to get banned from school for talking about the issues that plague fathers in relation to the broken family epidemic created by family court and gov to make those institutions a ton of money? That’s not a conspiracy theory. Both gov and family court are tied together. Just watched a video on this topic. Banning a community does not solve the issue. The issue is the toxic ideology which sadly to many can be viewed as their perception of the truth especially if they have an broken attachment style. Society makes these groups not actual people as they are reactionary groups to how people see the world based on how they think society operates hence why th…

You can actually prove this in science as love and freedom are constructs. When you align the traits associated to love and freedom with the traits associated to what this world says to be masculine and feminine the constructs seem to align. But you are right we can believe what we want.

Because at least 50% do though if they could chose to not live d bags they would. Just many feel either they can’t or aren’t fully liveable and or no one can live them to the extent that they want so they go for men whom display at least the toxic masculine traits as opposed to the divine masculine or toxic feminine as opposed to divine feminine. Yet men and others also do the same. My sources for this is attachment theory statistics that suggest 50% of people have some form of broken attachment…

Personally my views as an equal opportunity etc person on feminism is that equality actually comes from math specifically equation solving and the rule of what you do for one side you do to another. When you apply this rule to society and groups of people within it’s what you do for one you do for another. Even if you don’t like disagree or hate the other or view the other person as pure evil. You are not wrong. Since women and men are reversing their traditional societally conditioned roles based on the hyper fantisization of them in society you are starting to see women act like men and men act like women according to what’s masculine and what’s feminine. Avoidant attached people which is what most rp men with that philosophy have are of the subconscious opinion that very few if any are capable of love. Insecure attached is actually the reverse. Who told you personality disorders are fixed? They like every other part of the brain is not fixed. The brain is extremely plastic. In childhood it’s the most plastic unless you understand how neuro plasticity works and do the work to optimize plasticity as you age. I know this first hand as I reversed three mental disorders I was diagnosed with, including bpd, not to mention suicide ideation; complex ptsd and depressive disorder. If these things were fixed my life would be extremely different t…

People rarely consciously choose their partners. In fact we do 95% of things in life subconsciously as we can only be aware and process at max 40 stimuli per second despite taking in 100k+ per second. Thus much of our behaviour comes from social and environmental conditioning. Only consciously aware partners choose who they attract which is few and far between.

Let me help you here. Women having it easier? Reality: Women have the ability to have sex easier than men. However much of the extra opportunity for sex women have women don’t want. And the sex they do want tends to end not in the way they want which is usually a relationship. So while women get more attention especially when it comes to sex, women are still quite lonely and empty unless they don’t mind being single or have a loving partner. Hypergamy: All humans want the best they can get and a…

If you have thousands of turd nuggets in your dms are you quality rich or simply trapped in a pile of shit? Yes men are abundant. But the men women truly want, are extremely rare. And this does not take into account the subconscious negative feedback loops we all have after putting up with shit for quite awhile.

Anxious attachment is a fancy term to say you do not have security in yourself when it comes to love. There is many aspects of this but usually the biggest ones are feeling like you cannot be loved; feeling others cannot love, feeling like the love you do deserve has to be toxic in someway. These are feelings that of course due to repetition patterns end up ingrained not concious my but subconsciously which considering we can only be aware of 40 stimuli per second but process thousands per secon…

My rules for this stuff are simple. Non exclusive means you can do whatever you want with whoever you want. Exclusive means you can still do that but if you do anything sexual then it’s back to a non exclusive relationship. Just because you can’t be monogamous does not mean I have to get rid of you. You are not my property. You are human. You like me make mistakes. Also if you have guy friends same applies. But if they cause drama etc issues with the relationship than you either have to cut them…

You are going to have two kids but then kill yourself when you enter menopause? And you don’t think these kids are going to be quite hit by that how? Oh sorry honey but Mommy can only be around until I stop bleeding because a very fringe minority of society thinks I am the equivalent of a used up beaten down horse who has to go to the glue factory. I’m not trying to hurt you here, but rather point out the absurdity of your thinking.

It’s great that you have personally found ways to cope with your depression more. Hopefully as you begin to further manage your emotions you’ll further become less depressed. Light exercise can help. When I am depressed I actually walk and listen to something that spiritually moves me daily which is essentially walking while meditating. Many people think meditation is sitting on the floor in your room when reality is meditation is doing anything extremely mindfully; calmly and being aware of you…

Yes actively practicing would be the goal. I have been actively practicing myself as I have a disorder that involves a higher sensitive amygdala. Being as present as possible; adopting the dbt stop technique and other dbt techniques have been immensely helpful at managing these autonomic emotional responses. Don’t forget our brain is a muscle because it is intorely plastic. Sure it’s more so plastic as a child but studies have shown ways to make it just as plastic in adulthood but like you said …

Radical acceptance is a hallmark dbt technique used to help people (mainly people with bpd) regulate their emotions and heal from deep rooted trauma abandonment to live a more meaningful life. It was pioneered by Marsha Linden the founder of dbt therapy and fellow borderline herself. When I talk negative emotions here I am not saying not feeling negative emotions is wrong or will not happen. Personally I do not believe in right or wrong actions. I used to and was quite miserable etc. today I liv…

Moon is great. Also the heroes journey is the greatest storytelling technique as it is rooted in everyone’s psyche. So sad that very few storylines follow Joseph Campbell’s Journey formula today. And yes we do live in a matrix. As someone who is out of the matrix and understands it (not hard to go) life is much more fulfilling, rewarding etc.

You are attracting what you are projecting which is something we all do. This is what I call the law of perception which is this. How you receive something is how you perceive that thing and how you perceive that thing is how you will act. Thus if you perceive women to be evil, flawed etc, you will receive all women this way. This will over time create what another person told you is confirmation bias. The way out of this comes from healing within not from trying to seek healing outside. You mos…

If you think talking about sex is a big deal, she will know. If you think it’s not, she will know. Here is why. Did you know that we experience 95% of stimuli from our senses subconsciously? (Approximately 95000 stimulus per second) Did you also know because we are energy at our core (masculine and feminine) we actually subconsciously communicate how we truly feel about something via our energy that gets translated into our body language, words actions and tone of voice? The reason why some peop…

Do you have children? The key to real change (which has to come from within and for themself) can be seen through a change in the children. Otherwise it can be seen through actions that look like the person is just doing to get rather than becoming because of want. My source is I have broken my life partner and now I am not only back in the family home (after separation and family court) but we are on the fast track to marriage and things could not be better. This is actually the technique I came up with. It was a combination of books that led me to this technique. The transreference part comes from various books on acting which helps you feel and relate to characters you have no real commonalities with. Other acting books deal a lot with active listening. One great book that talks about presence is called the second circle by patsy rotten-burg. A great book on talking about not judging things I’d called the four agreements by Don Miguel Ruiz. In fac…

This makes a lot more sense now that I know the red flags in the beginning. Sometimes there are truly great people out there but they have one or two flaws that are deep deal breakers. For monogamous relationships mine is not soo much jealousy but the ability to not trust it loss of trust. Yet usually with jealousy the fear of losing someone. I think personally he appreciated and loved you as much as he could. Many times we wanted g toxic people to live us the way we want it live but that is jus…

When he did finally open up emotionally to reveal the darker side of his personality (something he may have been trying to work out on his own or secretly work out with others. Personally speaking, sometimes we do need to be careful what we ask for in a relationship and accept if someone’s not ready w…

Psychology is a soft science? Interesting view as psychology involves neurology; biology, neuroscience, physics, chemistry, and other sciences that are very much rooted in hard science. Psychology is the field of study on why humans behave the way they do with a high emphasis on thought; emotion, action, and behaviour patterns (the four cornerstones of personality) on both the subconscious and conscious level. All of which involve understanding the brain, mind (these are not the same) and body w…

Well… If we are talking about stoicism being taking negative emotions and reversing their polarity before acting out, and having a high moral code that revolves around the greatest trait and arguably super power one can have in modern society (empathy) then yes I am big advocate for stoicism. Sadly many people do not truly know how to be stoic or what it really means. Stoic does not mean unemotional or only positive emotions. It means managing one’s negative emotions by always finding the positi…

Much of it has always been something I felt. But my psychology studies and my own psychologist as well as Dr K from healthy gamer helped me fully grasp this concept. In fact today I don’t believe anything is truly negative. I also understand that emotions have a pol…

Dr. Ramani book/YouTube channel explain in great deal why people can’t leave and have to manage toxic people. Dr. Ramani is a huge proponent for being compassionate towards toxic people as she understands it’s not their fault but also not your responsibility to change them. Sone strategies she mentions in the book… 1: Do not revolve your life around a toxic person. 2: Know when to remove yourself from toxic situations if possible. 3: Understand that these people operate on the essence of human n…

See one of my comments regarding going more in depth on these points and how that is not so. To an abuser you are simply playing by the rules of the game. You could go one step further though and start this way but then try and use empathy etc to shift their perspective. It can be done. I have done it myself. Toxic people got the most part are not toxic by choice but by environment social conditioning family upbringing and trauma.

Plate spinning means more options created less risk for trauma bonding to an abuser. The goal of an abuser is to get you to revolve your entire life around their wants and needs. Having more options and pretending like you don’t or your abuser is the only one, gives them the illusion that they are getting what they want. Push pull is apart of setting clear boundaries. Boundary cross you push. Boundary accepted you pull. You should always keep toxic people at arms length. Toxic people are the ess…
