1: You are not interacting with people because you want to get something from them.

You are doing it because you want to add value to their life while also seeing what building potential you have with them.

Therefore, to do the above adopt one of the golden rules of all social interactions.

“Try to leave someone feeling better about themselves life etc in every moment, than they were when you first met them even if they reject you, act negatively towards you.”

2: Social interactions happen before you even approach someone.

This is because we can (especially if we train ourselves to) feel others energies the closer they get to us.

Thus how you think; feel and act around others is usually felt and projected to others before we even say our first word.

Thus if you are always looking to build with others, they will know and feel very familiar safe and friendly around you.

3, Before you approach someone understand the fundamental rule of all interpersonal relationships, that is…

“Everything another experiences and feels from you is actually not entirely the result of what you have done to them, but rather the result of all close experiences they and other closed loved ones of theirs felt/experienced which has now become their perception of that experience otherwise known as what I call the law of perception.

Thus if someone gets offended; upset, negatively triggered in other ways it is not entirely the result of your doing but the collective result of all similar experiences known to them including yours.

Therefore when negatively impacting someone, the way to make up to them (if you follow my first rule) is to lead with accountability; empathy, and bonding through the sharing of similar experiences.

The steps here.

1: Own your actions by taking account of them not apologizing for them. People rather be understood; heard and validated than felt sorry for.

2: Do the above by further empathizing with them so that in the future you can find meaningful ways to add to their life and even heal that wound(s) you accidentally resurfaced.

3: Once they feel heard understood etc leave them wanting more by bonding with them by sharing similar experiences and even encouraging them to share more.
