No man actually wants this. All this shit about being human with moral is just trick of our brain (women's) to achieve something we need/want (love). No man loves you, they all just need something from you and - they only say that, but never really want that alone.

They want to spread their seed in as many women as possible, and even if they temporarily believe they want a loving life love relationship (as happens occasionally to some men) it's just a trick of their own evolutionary psychology so they can more effectively court a woman, and inevitably he will move on to a different woman or cheat one they get what they want.

Its all about survival, evolution, getting what you want (propegate your genes as much as possible) no matter what other human feels. Its just the way men evolved to be. Yes, we can say that some people evolved more, for example, I don't want a relationship with a man BUT I don't want to raise children, so any individual man is useless to me romantically.

How the fuck can i believe in love and human relationships, when there are so many men who cheat on good women (not childless women, but women who do care about their men and relationships) because of I'M A MAN, I HAVE NEEDS or because you had a health issue.

the above is an insanely stupid and reductionist argument, mostly for assuming that an entire half of the species has zero effective variance of desires or motivations, and so is your post.

Some people cheat, some people don't. A proportion of both men and women do cheat. Personally I have never cheated on my guy and never would because I go by the matra, treat other people how you would want to be treated yourself. If you want to pass up potentially meeting the love of your life because you're too scared to make yourself vulnerable to someone in case they cheat on you then so be it. There is a famous quote that goes 'Tis better to have loved and lost than never to have loved at all' Alfred Lord Tennyson Quotes.

you seem to imply that this 'egoism' mostly applies to women, i.e. they are not honest and only 'want something from you', but I guess your argument thought to the end would imply exactly the same thing for men? It might be that we are biologically wired for survival, but that doesn't mean that love and caring cannot also be biologically hardwired as well - in fact it is, mammals have been observed time and time again to have strong bonds that go beyond simple 'egoism' to survive. I don't prefer these biological arguments but it seems to be where most redpill arguments start. You also talk about morality, i think that is quite a different category. I would rather see it as an organizing principle of society than plain egoism. Maybe look into Hobbes and 'state of nature' if you're interested in stances in egoism. There are many more theoretical perspectives on this you could explore (as well as gathering information on biology) than just to settle for one thing.

Not sure what you mean by “just a trick of our brain”, but along with everything else that makes up our body, it evolved. The reason is that moral action makes it much easier for humans to live in a group - if you can rely on most other people around you to be moral, it’s possible to trust others and therefore work together. And the advantage that cooperative people have over those who fight for themselves is that together they can achieve much more. Science, for example, is a gigantic group project that builds on the effort of thousands of people and could have NEVER been achieved in the lifetime of a single person. This is the reason why the feeling of morality and an inclination for it has been selected for and is therefore widespread. No matter whether someone actually is moral or not, everybody likes to think they are. HUMANS ARE GENETICALLY PROGRAMMED TO BE ALTRUISTIC.

I just explained while humans do very much care about each other, and how that is not simply something we “imagine” or such. But I recognize the TRP “wisdom” here of genes determining human behavior. It’s true that genes don’t “care” about anything, those which help a body survive will be passed on, all others will perish. But here is where the TRP faulty-thinking sets in: genes do indeed equip us with all sorts of things, but they cannot account for every change in our environment. This is the reason why the human brain evolved and is so successful - it has the capability of adapting to the environment really fast, much faster than genes ever could. Genes therefore built us to be able to override the messages they send, to better adapt, to learn. And you do it all the time. People are usually afraid of heights, because those who were in the past had a better chance of not falling off a cliff. Still you are capable of visiting a friend in a multi-story building, even if you happen to look outside the window from the seventh floor, because you taught your brain that this is not the life-threatening situation your genes are screaming about. You might still feel uneasy being high up, but you can manage. Another example: darkness makes almost everyone at least uncomfortable, because again, those who didn’t mind thousands of years ago got eaten by a nocturnal predator or tripped over a log, hit their head and died. Children especially are afraid of the dark, because they operate more on their genetic instincts than adults do. How can most people still cross an unlit room or pass through a dark alleyway? Because while growing up, you have taught yourself that a room doesn’t contain deadly dangers and that not in every badly lit street something waits to kill you off. Same goes for countless other situations.

Summarized: Because brains are so much more capable when it comes to grasping our environment (genes only react to whatever kills them), it has evolved to what it is now and gives us the power to change the world, including ourselves. YOU CAN AND SHOULD OVERRIDE YOUR GENES. Not only can you do it, you can expect it from others as well.

This is just one of the things that TRP gets fundamentally wrong, although one of the things with the deepest effect. I’m not saying that they are purposefully manipulative, I do believe that they genuinely think they are right, which of course gives them an extra boost of credibility. They wrongly believe that because living beings are being selected for by genes, genes determine everything about their behavior, and then TRP goes on to build a whole belief system around this misguided notion, proclaiming it’s a truth to awaken to. But it’s not. It’s a circle of faulty thinking that traps all sorts of people, mostly those who look for answers after experiencing pain. It’s a cycle kept in motion by confirmation bias in which nasty behavior attracts nasty people which then confirms TRP views about women.

But then why are people cheating on each other, why do they hurt one another, why do relationships fail? Not because there is no such thing as true love, but because it’s hard to live up to. Nobody said it’s easy to override your genes. But you cannot find the beautiful romantic love of mutual support and respect if you aren’t willing to be one half of it. For that you need to become the best version of yourself, which requires you to honestly consider whether you currently truly are that or not, and then take corresponding action. To work hard on yourself, to master your genes. If you do, you will recognize this effort in others, as will they, and the chance is high that you will be mutually attracted to each other. But TRP will bar you from that experience, because it traps you into trying to be the “manliest/most alpha” version of yourself, their delusional idea of something based on a faulty understanding of genetics, instead of your best. And your best version is living everything that you would dream of your partner and sticking to that, no matter how difficult it is in the face of all those who can’t.

I really hope you can one day leave TRP behind you and find happiness. I am currently doing research on this community and one of the hardest things about it is to get a glimpse at the painful life they impose on themselves and the cycle of bitterness they slowly drown in. There is really no need to suffer like that. I wish you all the best, OP.

Yes op. Reality is tough. And the reality is that people regardless of gender are uncaring ***holes. But what you'e projecting here is that one gender, women, are all incompetent and morally bad while all men are responsible and good-willed when history has shown the complete opposite. I don't mean to bash all men, but men are the ones that have started 90% of wars and prevented women, minorities and the poor from getting justice and improving themselves. Nowhere in history except now have women been equal to men, and it is clear that women are not all that different from men. It is 2019 and there are still women in the Western world who are screwed over and hurt by almost every single man they come across but they don't take it out on all men. Why do you take your anger out on all women op? I try to find a balance between being a misanthrope and being positive about life. If you want to remain miserable fine, but at the very least, to be more respected and to respect others, I urge you to go the misanthrope route and not misogyny.

If no the first thing I've been told in every class whether it be economics, psychology, or sociology, is that the models and theories are fallible.

The red pill is a sociocultural/psychological theory that, sure, will generally work when applied to the demographic that it's meant to fulfill. You want to believe that it's some all knowing bible of sorts? thats true ignorance IMO. Here's the thing though, Red pill only applies to women that Red pill are concerned with; exceptions are "weird" or "an anomaly". See how often the fallacy of absolute ignorance is applied when these smart red pill guys go into a debate. Red pill focuses on these girls that (would) cheat on their partners, so no shit the trends are gonna match up?

To be honest I reread your post as I was writing, I don't think you actually want us to convince you right now so I won't waste to effort. Simply put you clearly have some strange emotional investment put into the red pill and my words aren't going to convince you unless you come to terms with the possibility of your own biases. Stop reading Red Pill, Read about epistemology, I think you'll find there's a whole branch of philosophy that can help your little crisis.
