Somebody please give me something here, cause I'm tired of hearing redpill "friends" bring this up

They say that we're biologically evolved to value women who have lower body-counts but not men with lower counts.
They cite sources showing that more promiscuous people are more likely to cheat

First of all, that's true for men too.
Second of all, "more likely" doesn't mean "likely."
Like... a husband can't just assume his wife is likely to cheat just cause her premarital body-count makes her "more likely," right?

So if evolution causes us to value female chastity, then why hasn't it caused us to value male chastity too? I don't see how any of this could be true, but hey, if it is, lend me a study or two

And if it's just patently false, then somebody please give me a smoking gun of sources to shut these people up
If there's anything to show that it's cultural (rather than biological or evolutionary), that'd be highly welcomed
