I read it and wish I hadn't. For starters the bloke uses 10 words when one would do. Secondly, all it did was give me the view of that unless you're a top 20% male, any relationship you have is doomed, and is just a matter of time before she cheats or moves on. Also doesn't give any solution to avoid this happening. A very toxic book, and one I'd tell people to avoid.

I've read it and would recommend it to anyone. I don't take any book literally, or take it all as facts, but it was an eye-opening book. The fact that people may not agree with it is WHY they should read it. I enjoy reading things I don't personally agree with, but at some point there is at least one insightful view that I will gain from it, and I will have a better understanding of WHY I might disagree. For example, he mentions that you should basically have more going on for yourself than just pursuing women... That is spot on, and that's part of just being a healthy adult. He also mentions that young men should value themselves. Another fine point that doesn't happen in our society due to toxic views on masculinity and what it means. He mentions that you should not necessarily NEED a woman, but she should be a COMPLIMENT to your life. That's healthy because it's the opposite of being an obsessive creep. Please have more going for you than a girlfriend.

As another poster mentioned, you should go in with a skeptical eye, and you will find a few insights that are actually useful. I will warn you that it is poorly written to me personally, as another poster mentioned. That bloke really will use 10 words where one would do. I hate that whether i'm reading a technical book, novel, or a news article. It's annoying.

To be 100% honest, it's a pretty good read if you go in with a VERY critical eye. I found Rollo's views on women to be really creepy. HOWEVER, a young man could take a couple really good lessons from it, such as not making women the focal point of your life. Also, it helped me to identify creeps that only pretend to respect women to get laid (AKA the "white knight").

All in all, I very much disagree with the idea that you have to be the most alpha or no woman will ever love you. BUT I do agree with the emphasis he places on self esteem, fitness, and knowledge in young men.

I still have my copy, despite being vehemently ex-redpill

I have read it. It is one of my favorite books that I have read. I found it very interesting to see things from another perspective. I started reading it on a flight and could not put it down until I finished.
