Holy shet. I know my last relationship was toxic but I didn’t know it was pretty much a hallmark of toxicity..... it hit every single one on that list... all 27.

I was "lucky" enough to recognize all the toxic behavior, but I chose to stay and ignore it. Y'all THAT DOESN'T WORK. Just get out and worry about healing later. They aren't going to change because you try to ignore it. In fact, they'll ramp that shit up.

I have only been in toxic relationships. That's all I've known. I minimize my own needs and parent and/or play therapist until I feel exhausted and like I've disappeared, then I cut and run.
