ahh this is so, so important. it's hard to apply it to pur lives, i think, when we're actually going through something whether it's a break-up or a problem totally unrelated; words seem like just words. but the world is a BIG place full of different countries and cultures and there's more to life than whatever one thing or one person or one memory is bothering you rn. 💕💕
