First pic- main focus on your face, and smile Wearing red is very attractive (strange as it may sound) If you want to attract relationship types then not too many body/racey pics If you don’t really care, then feel free :)

It starts with your profile. This is what has worked for me, I consistently got asked out by HVMs and treated respectfully (on Tinder of all places!!). Photos must all be taken in the day time, you're smiling and doing a favourite activity (mine's traveling and museums so I had those). I only had neutral poses and nothing that looks affected or cutesy, although in one photo I "just so happened" to be wearing a sexy outfit that showed off my legs. I don't message men first.

P.S. Hope you feel better soon! Also, add a short description that describes what you like and what field you work in. e.g. If you want to be asked out to a Thai place, say 'I enjoy Thai food.'

a lot of people dislike dating apps, but i find it the best way to separate HVMs from LVMs :)

at one glace, you can usually see what universities they go to and maybe they'll even mention their career. i'd argue that university is a better signifier of worth vs what career they're in because a good university tells you a lot about their SES - parents who can afford to send their children to a prestigious university are more likely to give them a better upbringing, raising more emotionally stable men and weeding out those from a LV background.

next is the messaging stage. many people advise not to initiate convo, but if you are really interested in a guy, it's fine. just make sure not to break your back carrying the conversation.

lastly i don't think going on apps for attention is bad per se, but your time is worth more investing it into yourself, especially through fitness. there are tons of free workouts to try on instagram, and exercising doesn't just mean getting fit, but also introduction of mindful activities like breathwork and meditation. all these mean increased clarity and priceless self-worth.

100% of my self-growth came from finding fitness, which then led to success on dating apps.
