I'm goofing off on a sales call right now (namely because as an account manager, I don't really need to be here lol) and my CEO was just saying what I've heard him say a million times: to be brutally honest with yourself about the sales leads you have out there. Remove your emotions from the equation, remove your desire for this sale to come in, and be realistic. Same advice applies to dating. I used to be in sales, wish I'd seen the connection years ago instead of being a stupid, harmful pickme /sigh. Well, I'm grateful I've realized now, better late than never. Thanks to all the ladies here for being a daily reminder to see reality and stick to my standards!
