I’m not wild about a lot of the language being used in these sources, honestly. Most of these men aren’t “scared”, they are manipulative and are gaming the system to their advantage. Calling them phobic portrays them as timid forest creatures, when in reality I think most of them know exactly what they are doing to women but don’t care because it benefits them. I might instead suggest Mr Unavailable and the Fallback Girl by Natalie Lue.

I think there is deep hurt and fears in them, it’s true.

But that should never affect you in any way, shape or form. Once your intuition goes off, leave.

For them deep hurt, insecurities and traumas result in playing games. And by deep I mean DEEP. This is not about what women are told all the time. Communicate and let him open up to you lol. No. Its so deep, it’s ingrained in them, that’s who they are, what you see is what you get.

They have decided to never acknowledge anything. Imagine living with someone who has no clue about what hes feeling and what hes motivated by (and hes been in this state fOR YEARS). He will let it out on you.

You’re there to be his punching bag with the occasional hole he can use.

I’m sorry to be so brash but it’s the truth. To this type of man you’re the problem, not him.

Then count in all the sociopaths and narcs who bank in on your empathy.

Keep your distance and find people on your level.

Eh, I see guys who use that term more as thinking they will miss out on all the hot women falling over themselves to be with them. Spoiler: they far over estimate the amount of hot women after them.
