Sure, if it comes up you should let them know they have competition, because this helps you avoid misunderstandings and more importantly because this makes them more aware they have to work to impress you. This leads to better dates and more respectful behaviour, setting up a good foundation to the rest of the relationship.

You should not tell them any details though, just let them know you're also seeing other people and imply you will only commit to a consistently high-value partner. Even if they ask you for details, they don't really need to hear them, especially not venting about other guys. They're trying to gauge what your minimum standards are in order to get away with less than what they could give you.

I wouldn’t purposely lie or hide it but I wouldn’t volunteer that info or give details. If you’re using online dating then it’s automatically assumed you’re seeing others. If it comes up, I would leave it as “we aren’t exclusive” and that’s it.
