Plastic surgery may help with your self-esteem but I doubt it would help with your dating life. In fact, I feel that if one of the main reasons you're getting surgery is to widen your dating pool, then your pretty much objectifying yourself. You would see your worth merely based on beauty.

It won't make men stay. Sure, they'll acknowledge your beauty, but it's just that.

If being beautiful kept a man, all these female celebrities—talented, award-winning, rich, high maintenance, tons of enhancements, would have still been in relationships.

You really can't keep a man if he doesn't want to be kept. An enhancement or two would get you more attention but not genuine attraction.

Plastic surgery is always a risk that you take. There is nothing that speaks against having it FOR YOURSELF, but be sure to get a really good surgeon. Its also always a good thing to learn how to love yourself no matter how you look like. To be confident without fitting some physical standard. If you are able to do that, I think a plastic surgery will only improve your life. If you cant love yourself without it, it will possibly not help to get it done. I only got some minor things done, once I was 100% sure that it's because I want it that way and not to be more attractive for others. So just make sure you're doing it for the right reasons.

I had a certain procedure done eight years ago. In my head it was a BIG deal, like my "before" condition was disgusting and unacceptable.

Men didn't even notice. Not one.

If I could go back in time, I would take that cash and invest it.

No one can tell you what's right for you. My first suggestion would be to find a good lingerie shop and get a bra fitting. Well fitting bras do absolute wonders for boobs! And you'll feel better. Like wow! It's safer, less expensive and not permanent. I was wearing a 36C. Turns out I'm a 34D.

Do it for yourself if you think it will help your self esteem, but only do it for you. Men are gonna be awful regardless of if you have small breasts or big breasts.

Small breasts are beautiful and there's a whole lot of men who love them or just don't care about size. If there's nothing particularly odd about yours (two different sizes, deformed, etc.) Then I'd like to encourage you, with love and respect, to seek counseling first for a few months to decide if this is something you really want or if this is something society has made you feel like you should have. I don't think there's anything wrong with PS, as long as you're doing it for reasons in your best interest.

Breast implants aren’t particularly safe and require upkeep. You should do some research on that. Small breasts are also beautiful, and if you want a silver lining, they have certain advantages, like not succumbing to gravity as quickly as larger/heavier breasts.

If you get implants, whose to say you won’t become fixated on something else? The shape of your nose, or the size of your lips, etc? I think you’d be better off working with a therapist to learn to accept your body for what it is. This insecurity probably has roots in self esteem issues it would seem, and it may be healthier for you in the long term to address that.

Men will still treat you poorly if you have larger breasts, anyway. This seems like an issue of self love for you, from what you have said. I’d definitely try therapy first. You might find your self esteem issues going beyond your breasts, and doing the work of therapy could be quite rewarding and revolutionary for you beyond dealing with your breast insecurity.

Plastic surgery requires upkeep, and like after several years (depends on the implant) it may require replacement. I'd advise to plan a emergency fund on top of the surgery cost, if ever you have to replace it.

I got breast augmentation and my boobs are so nice I value my body so much I will never let a LVM touch it. These titties are expensive. I got them for myself and I wear any top I want and for me.

I didn’t have low self esteem before but now I just value my body so much more and refuse to give it to anybody.
