Does anyone else constantly marvel at how women manage integration of their personality/interests SO MUCH BETTER than men?

Men are narrow minded and very singularly focused which often times manifests as selfishness. They aren't deep thinkers and can hardly see outside of their own egotistical bubble of a world. If it doesn't affect them, they don't care.

I see this aaaaall the time. Honestly men are so fucking boring. If you find ONE interesting thing about them you’re lucky 😩 I compensate by severely limiting my time with them. I’ve got hobbies and interests galore, so I can’t be bothered with being bored and watching Netflix because that’s all they know to do beside their ONE thing. Please don’t waste your time, ladies. Maintain boundaries to protect your energy!

Because men get totally wrapped up in their ego. Everything is always about them, especially if they have some sort of passion, their personal interest becomes the most important thing in the world. Think of all the mad geniuses in history who were extremely antisocial. On the other hand, women are driven to care for others and constantly better themselves for society.

Because men are socialized to contribute much less to anything and everything. They aren't socialized to consider others, care for others, or improve themselves.

The only thing they are socialized to think about, other than themselves, is their dick. So, no surprise men are one dimensional, self centered and boring.

I just either think those types of LVM aren’t smart or they don’t know you have to balance interests so that they become a lifestyle habit .Or they have the “my way the high way” attitude and need to do things a specific way. “ example. Making the gym their “life” with 4 hour gym days because they can’t sacrifice their eating habits or bother to learn how to count calories and macros”. These are the type of men who can’t adapt, leaving little space to grow. As soon as they get another responsibility like a business or relationship their egos fall apart because of the loss of identity from no longer being able to spend all day in the gym or playing video games like they did before. They give up cause it’s tooo hard! They neglect the relationship and go back to watching porn and playing video games all day. I see a lot of fit men who get married (no kids) and get fat cause they can’t handle balancing both. My ex used steroids and gym shortcuts cause he didn’t wanna put in the work while I kept telling him he needed to change his diet to see results. He’d complain about eating too much every night or masterbating too much ( mentioned that a couple times) and then not do anything about it. Living with his constant complaining anger at himself for being a piece of shit was toxic to my mental state and was affecting the relationship, he’d even take it out on me. Meanwhile I’m sure he resented me cause I lost 15 lbs after I met him and kept it off while he hasn’t even been able to stay at his lean goal for more than lk 2 months over our 2 year relationship. I think men being selfish and lazy ( and society making it okay for them to get away with that) makes it harder for men to sacrifice the things that are holding them back from having a more well rounded happy life.
