Dont want to burst your bubble, but this is what I get from every man I go in dates with, including the phone call. But I'm in my 50s and expect at least this.

However, in the long run this means nothing. Keep your guard up and don't be so easily impressed.

Good job. I used to select restaurants for first dates to ‘help’ with planning but nahh, let them think and come up with a plan.

Am I the only one that doesn’t like this? I mean yes I want him to make reservations and take the lead, but something about “I’ll decide by tomorrow” rubs me the wrong way. Like, no, ask if “this amazing new place” would work and I’ll see if I want to.
