Doubtful, considering a lot of them don't see us as people. It's only a breach of human rights if you tell someone with a penis what to wear, how to live their lives and what to do with their body. They lack empathy, so I don't have high hopes for them. But hey, I'd love to be proven wrong on this one.

First of all, I never sold my body for sex. Second, I never was pregnant. Third, I never murdered a baby Fourth, you clearly didn't get the joke
Fifth, I was making a joke on how people are mad that they are forced to wear mask, when people are forcing women to keep unwanted babies even if they were raped.
I have no interest in getting an abortion, but I do believe everyone women has the right to choose.

I think she was being satirical. She even wrote something very recently about how becoming a mother has made her go from pro-choice to "fanatically" pro-choice.
Idk, "wanton" and "harlot" sound satirical to me in the year 2020.

Like you said, they're great for conveying tone which is pretty much the only reason I use them. Plus, "🤡" is a complete sentence here at FDS, and I absolutely love that fact. I agree so much with them being a timesaver. I mean, as a species, we've relied on facial, body, and tonal cues to guide us through conversations for thousands of years, and I believe that the loss of that is one of the biggest reasons that online forums become such absolute shitshows.

I see, duly note.
My English skills (as in writing skills) aren't the best. I didn't learn cool tricks like this since I was stuck in a special English class, because I had dyslexia.
They mostly taught us how to read better and tricks to help with spelling and grammar. Basically memorizing spelling and words and when to use "an" and "a" etc.
Cool things like tone, or fancy wording wasn't taught. Reading comprehension is a struggle for me.
Is there any resource for an adult to learn how to identify things like this ? I'm embarrassed for making this mistaking and calling someone out, who only added to my joke.

Please don't be embarrassed. All sorts of people make this same mistake online literally all the time, and your respectful, decent, humane response to all this says far more about you than your initial misunderstanding. Really, I think you've come out of this looking quite good: you stand up for yourself and other women, you take no shit, and you know how to back down and apologize when warranted. Honestly, you've come out of this shining like a diamond, as far as my opinion is concerned.
As to your query above, it is my understanding that comprehending sarcasm and satire only comes through exposure. I've read that a particular area of the brain is activated when a person is understanding sarcasm and satire that is not activated by most other communication, so you basically have to treat this like a muscle weakness and seek to exercise that muscle.
I recommend reading Candide by Voltaire for some old school satire that, I believe, is more universal/less topical, and The Phantom Tollbooth for something light and easy. It's a kid's book, but it's quite clever and humorous. I read it as an adult and enjoyed it immensely. If you want to read some very dry satire from long ago, A Modest Proposal (Jonathan Swift) is a very short piece, but it's drier than biscotti.
Amy Schumer had some really excellent satire on her sketch comedy show, if streaming is your kind of thing. While I vehemently disagree with some of her libfemmy humor, she still hit the nail on the head plenty often. Key & Peele had their sketch show on Comedy Central around the same time and they also demonstrated enormous talent with satire.
Magdalen Berns was also amazing with her use of satire and sarcasm; if you've never been to her YouTube channel, I highly recommend checking her out. She's no longer with us, but she was brilliant.
I'm gonna dwell on this a bit and try to think of an assortment of excellent feminist examples of satire for you to explore. I can think of many examples that are either topical and outdated or rather unfeminist, as well as feminist comedians I love but that may not "specialize" in satire, but that's not much help, lol. Hopefully a few other satire-lovin' FDSers will follow this up with recs of their own 😄

In states where prolife regulations are set, there are more unintended pregnancies, and more abortions happening (w/o medical assistance - you can take a combination of mifepristone and misoprostol to abort safely - medicines containing these compounds are not banned in stores). The maternal and infant mortality rate is also higher, just because there are so many unintended pregnancies. Tbh, contraceptives and abortions upto 12 weeks is the only choice for me that's prolife.
