I've always gotten a general ick feeling from philosophers, dead ones and current ones, and my interactions with guys who are into philosophy proves that my gut is right; that they are into philosophy for the ego boost, not about analyzing important issues.

Well, he isn't even a philosopher. He has an MS.c in product management. I see this all the time, as an actual philosopher with a doctorate and actively publishing in the discipline. He's a fraud all the way down
