This video gives a really great explanation of Cool Girls. It’s a male fantasy where she’s “just one of the guys” with interests that completely align with his and generally aren’t “girly” in nature - all while trying to be unbelievably gorgeous/hot. Cool Girls try to live up to that fantasy, often perceiving themselves as “not like other girls.”

Pickmeishas are more willing to engage in “traditional” feminine roles, hoping to win a guy over with the “wifey behavior” that Cool Girls try to reject. They can be more willing to take on the role of being a mother.

Both are buying into male fantasies and expectations. They suppress their own desires, hoping to make men like them.

I don't actually know, but I have an idea. So this is my opinion...

Pickmeisha will cater to men and do as they say. Maybe not 100% of the time, but enough of the time to make her own life pathetic. She services the man she is with and wants to believe he deserves everything she does for him. She is more classically feminine and more openly expresses her interest in beauty. She is more willing to express feelings and be emotional. Pickmeisha will clean up after the man because she wants him to think she is sweet and caring. If he cheats, she will tolerate it because "men have needs".

The Cool Girl will act aloof, sarcastic, and even masculine at times. She will attempt to take on the likes and dislikes of the man she is with in order to win him over. She will openly express her alleged disinterest in "girly" things like makeup and talking. She is the type of woman who is less likely to clean up after the guy to act like she doesn't care if the house is disgusting because she wants him to think she's comfortable with anything he does. If he cheats, she will tolerate it and think "we are all very sexual beings. Maybe we could open the relationship or do threesomes".

So, basically, there is a significant difference in the way they behave, but their ultimate goal is to win and keep a man. They are both lying to themselves and putting on an act.

Cool Girl doesn't necessarily want the guy. The guys chase her in the hopes they might get a chance.

Pickme chases the guy, by which I mean, she's free to meet up with him whenever he calls, she does mental gymnastics to come up with excuses for why it's ok that he treats her like nothing, etc.
