Once when speaking with my ex, I mentioned that I had never received a random dick pic before and his take on it was "guys only do that with fat girls/girls they don't find that attractive. They start conversations overtly sexual and if she's into it, cool and if she's not they don't give a fuck. Not a big loss". They're less likely to do that to a woman they actually wanted to get with according to him. They know it could sabotage their chances.

At the time this shocked me but now my expectation of men is so low, I wouldnt doubt this theory.

Men have lower attractiveness standards for sex than they do for relationships. So the answer to your question is probably yes.

A lot of men on OLD are looking for an easy fix for either validation or sex. They aren't actually interested in you. I keep OLD for that rare, interesting unicorn that may pop up. I no longer use it to meet new people or to go on dates. If they don't message me something interesting while also having an attractive and interesting profile, I ignore or block. Makes OLD less of a time waster or annoyance, for me.

I think creeps approach all women on OLD the same way. HVM are not on old trolling for tail.
