A similar thing happened to a friend and I about a year ago when we were both using Bumble. She and I were hanging out and realised we were talking to the same guy at the same time, and he also knew a mutual male friend of ours (small town 🙄) and was hanging out with him that night. My friend and I met up with them and we didn't care or really find it awkward but the guy kept saying things like "oh this is kinda awkward and weird, I don't want to come between two friends". I literally laughed in his face. The AUDACITY. Who do you think you are bro, God's gift or something and we're going to fight over you? Then our mutual friend was like "so which one of you is going to date my friend?!" We said in unison "neither of us!"

The night did turn out kind of weird though, my friend and I ended up consoling a crying pickme who was sitting outside the bar and arguing over text with her scrote boyfriend who was...inside the bar. He came outside, screamed at us for helping her, screamed at her "I'm fucking leaving", got into a taxi, and she literally ran after him down the street after him wailing "but I love you!" I deleted Bumble that night and I've never looked back. 😬

I feel like if they were close enough friends to hang out during a pandemic, they probably were showing each other their matches. No coincidence that she invited him over in my humble opinion, if this is a real post
