I know it may sound self-explanatory, but often when we get mentally and emotionally invested we tend to let red flags slide. Here we go:

A MAN WHO DOES BASIC HUMAN ACTIVITIES IS NOT DOING YOU A FAVOUR!!!

If he doesn’t shower, brush his teeth, cut his nails, make his bed etc. and you somehow stick around and point it out to him, if he decides to temporarily correct the LV behaviour and even brag about it, HE IS NOT DOING YOU A FAVOUR.

Every functional adult knows how to and SHOULD take care of their health, hygiene, house, eating habits and so on. Children learn all of this stuff at a young age.

Instead of reprogramming your mindset to think that him starting to brush his teeth after eating is something worth appreciating, please keep looking until you find an adult who acts like one.
