Ugg everytime a dude tells me he is a fan of this show, I can be assured that he is a LVM. Men aren’t watching this show to appreciate the irony in the sexist jokes the way we are, they aren’t laughing with women, they are laughing AT us.

They see this kind of shit in the clip as funny, not because of how it hilariously shines a light on the slimy shit men pull (because they don’t see it that way, to them it’s unironic advice that seems as insightful to them as the posts we read here are to us) but at the way it makes women look foolish, pathetic, and easily manipulated.

Which is exactly how they prefer to see us portrayed because it feeds their insecurities and egos by validating the message that that is how all women “truly” are which is also constantly being validated by the media and society at large, especially via porn and the sex industry.
