With Father’s Day coming up, I’ve been badgering my boyfriend about what he wants. We stopped by Home Depot yesterday and he showed me a wide range of very expensive tools that he wants. Ok, no big deal.

My birthday is coming up in about a week and I’ve had to remind him twice now, and he hasn’t asked me once about what I want to do or what I’d like for my birthday.

I’ve come to the conclusion that i’m not getting him a Father’s Day gift if he “forgets” to get me a birthday present. I know we don’t give to receive and vice versa, but there needs to be a line drawn somewhere. What are y’all’s thoughts on this?
