I met someone through OLD, been on a couple dates so far... can’t properly pass judgement yet, but the only LVM thing he did was this: he wanted to know about my relationship history quite early on, so I let him know a nice, trauma-free version to convey the standards anyone else will be held to.

Now on his end, his last long term relationship apparently had a lot of fights in the beginning where she broke up with him one day - and he goes out and fucks someone else the same night. They got back together weeks after, he still considered it cheating but only told her two years later. He says he regrets this more than anything bla bla bla, I said I have zero empathy for his situation. I’ve been “properly” cheated on in the past. There is no excuse.

Now: why was his ex gf fighting so much with him in the beginning? Are they both LV? Can he be trusted, ever again, at all? What if we have a fight and he runs out and cheats?
