I saw one that said this is my emotional support ex girlfriend. 🙄 Why is a man being emotionally dependant on a woman that he's not in the relationship always a red flag? Bc they're too shallow to keep it platonic when being vulnerable?

I forget where the hell I read this, but toxic masculinity is what causes men to think that a woman = emotional support. Thankfully that's changing but men have been shamed for letting their emotions out to other men, leaving the only socially acceptable people(in their minds) their wives or girlfriend. A LVM will need a woman for emotional support. He's not secure enough in his masculinity to open up to his friends, or not introspective enough to seek therapy.
And definitely someone who preys on younger girls is deeply emotionally disturbed. I was 18 and fell into that trap myself. I was a young 18 and very naive, he was 22 but he went for an even younger girl after me 🤢 His friends robbed a church, he got 15 year olds drunk, and now he's mentally ill and lives with his mom. Starting to think I was my ex’s emotional support girlfriend 🤔 He was 8 years older than me, yet I always seemed to be helping him through his personal issues...not to mention I paid 50% of the rent while we lived together, despite being much younger and attending college full-time while he worked full-time...🤔🤔🤔
