Lest I sound like an absolute control freak, I've noticed the man I'm seeing has a questionable sleeping pattern and it doesn't sit right with me. He's a grown man (28) with a stable enough job that isn't 9-5, but I've noticed as I say goodnight around 11pm as I've to get up at 6am to start my day, he'll be up. I've woken up a few times during the night over the past few weeks and struggled to get back to sleep, wasted time online and noticed he was still active. When my alarm went off at 6am today and he was still awake? He says he struggles to sleep at night but anytime he sleeps over at mine he's asleep before me so it seems like more of a choice to stay up all night. This obviously is none of my business but imo it isn't the behaviour of a responsible adult man, more like a teenage boy. Thoughts?

For every legitimate sleep-disordered man there are 20 others who can't sleep because they are addicted to gaming, sex chats and finding that "perfect porn video."
I would be wary unless he's on shift rotation and works nights, which can cause legitimate sleeping trouble.
