Absolutely not! It is NONE of their business, first of all. Second of all, read up on mate guarding. They will try a LOT less hard if they think they barely have any competition and you barely have options.

Brush the question off in the most coy way you can, laugh it off, then change the subject.

Men do this to suss out if you are seeing other people. They assume if you are a good looking woman, you are likely crawling with dude orbiters and admirers at the very minimum. Do NOT say you're a loner. Shrug it off, wave it off, laugh at it, then move on to the next subject. Most guys will assume the worst and it's better if he thinks he has to compete for you than if he thinks he doesn't.

Nope, just brush the question off like you don’t want to talk about it. You will look more high value in their eyes if it seems like you’re being chased by multiple guys. They will try harder to win you over.

I don't know how to phrase that better but guys often assume that I have a lot of dudes under my belt or something. I often get asked 'how many guys are you talking to?'

These men are trying to calculate your "n number", or number of dudes you've fucked previously. They won't straight up ask you how much "mileage"/how many sexual partners you've had because you'll get offended and shut down the convo, so they try and politely "calculate" this number based on info they can dig up on your social media profiles and what you say about your past boyfriends. They'll assume you've fucked every man on your social media profiles.

Don't ever disclose your sexual past to any man. Shut down any and all inquiries or investigations into it. What you'll notice is that they'll continue to find creative way of extracting this info out of you, and it's annoying as hell. These moids think they're slick. They're obsessed with sexual purity and they're trying to calculate your number so don't ever let them figure it out. Find a way to brush it off or ignore these types of questions.
