I've been dating this guy for a week, he is always on time, picks up the tab, has interesting things to say and I really enjoy his company. Except....

He wants to spend alllll his time with me. Our first date was last sunday and hes asked to see me a total of 6 times since. (I've said no half those times and hes always handled it well). He has friends and is close to his family who live in the area, but still as soon as he has a moment hes texting and wanting to hang out.

My usually reaction is to say step the fuck off let me have some breathing space (I value my independence a lot and I have family responsibilities surrounding my parents that I need to handle in an ongoing way and I just dont have time for 6 dates a week.)

My question is, is there a more tactful way to tell him cool it then "step the fuck back" which is literally my usual way of doing it. I'd like to still see him.
