I don't know if this is the right flair lol. Everyday I constantly learn new things in here to improve my interactions with friends, family and romance. I learn from others on how to set my standards. I was a pretty bad "pick me" girl just accepting any kind of attention from men rather than accepting respect, consideration, and actual effort. Looking back, I cringe on how I let things slide. I knew I was being taken advantage of from my kindness but didn't have the confidence to demand the same back. I keep rereading the handbook just to make sure I apply the rule in life. Having high standards can help avoid users and abusers. I'm going to get everyone constantly from now on. I didn't understand that vetting was a constant process but now I do!
