In the mean time, you have to put in the effort to glow-up if you don't want to stay in the same place you are at right now.

Some days are harder and the past few days I've been feeling stuck at where I'm at. I have to keep reminding myself it's okay, not everyday is a huge step but just by being aware is already progress. 💕
