Yep. My abusive ex would constantly say I never let him finish speaking when all he would do was yell, scream and go on and on while I sat silently. Never again!

Never believe the "I don't like drama" bit from anyone. People who say they don't like drama are being dramatic themselves by bringing it up, while people who genuinely don't like drama would just stay out of it without making a fuss out of it. Usually, people who say that are the ones who are familiar with it and maybe secretly thrive on it even if they think they don't like it. One wouldn't say they don't like drama if they weren't surrounded by drama in the first place. And sometimes they're surrounded by it because they're attracted to it or won't stay out of it. People who say that they don't like drama may not like drama truthfully, but they won't appreciate you for your agreeableness either 'cause they're so used to drama. They'll treat you like how they treat dramatic people because they don't know how to deal with someone who isn't dramatic; chances are they'd even find you boring and then go back to dramatic people.

So if you're with someone who says they don't like drama, you either should cause a lot of drama, or leave. Never bend over backwards and be agreeable just to be treated like you're dramatic even when you're not.

Omg. My ex always said something similar to "you're not understanding what I said" after I stated how I was upset at something he did. YEP he was trying to confuse me.
