My ex husband did the combover. He was really young when he started balding so by 25 he was already fairly bald. He went through a phase of combing his hair over and I finally convinced him he looked so much better just keeping his hair short. He would say he was ok with his hair loss but he would buy the expensive meds (which did nothing).

I love reading comments from men who still haven’t gone their own way about “the wall”. They say the older men they know are in good shape. Hahahaha! Who? The handful that go to the gym? That leaves like 90% of men with big guts and no muscle tone by their early 40s. A guy I date is 43 and has great hair but he has a soft body. At least he can fix that (but he won’t). At this point I’d impressed just to meet a guy who showers every day (most I know do not), and brushed their teeth twice a day. I seriously am tired of it.

They can say what they want but at least women aren’t walking around stinking and showering every 2-3 days and eating fast food every day. At least not the ones I know! Men hit the wall way before women and it’s because of their diet and lifestyle and thinking looks aren’t important for men (until they lose any good looks they may have had). They love to make absurd claims that women already go downhill after 18, because they know most men are losing hair and gaining bellies by age 30. The truth is a hard pill for them to swallow.

i mean, it must suck, I sorta sympathise with them, since it's such a big part of their appearance, but why go in disgrace? Fuck, a lousy wig is better than a cueball with some leftover cat hairs stuck on. Start planning early for this, look at your family members hair, do whatever. 99% of guys don't have full, great hair even as kids, so it's gonna happen. Or get a transplant or cure it or whatever. Just don't leave the rotting corpse of your hairline stay on?
