Seeking advice 🙏

Backstory: met a guy on Tinder, who immediately asked me out for a date. We had dinner and great conversation for hours. One kiss. Very soon after, he asked for a second date, but plans were looser/finalized on the morning of the date day. We didn't really text during the week, but overall I'm fine with that as I prefer our in-person interaction. I also never texted first, left that up tp him. Again on the second date, great conversation, great date. Day after, we chatted over text and at the end of that conversation he asked for a third date, and I let him know when I'm available. That was Sunday. I said I was available Friday, today, or possibly Saturday.

The problem: I haven't gotten a text since Sunday. My question is, do I let this go (my first instinct, but I'm also stubborn) or send a text to ask if plans, such as they were, are off? Should I have engaged in more text conversation during the week to show my interest? I'm taking the silence as lack of interest, could he be as well? And in the event he does text later on to finalize this date, do I go or have other plans?
