Partnering with a LVM will doom your children, whether they are yours from a previous relationship or ones you conceive with him. This poor excuse of a male should never been allowed to pass on his DNA. Leave these men in the garbage where they belong.

I know a similar case IRL and I don't have too much hope for her. This kind of women know on a conscious level they're being abused and the situation is unacceptable, but they give up on their own agency without realizing, by the time they ask for help they have no mental strenght to make any though decision about it. They tell us "Im gonna leave him" but they rarely go through it. She's most likely to get pregnant again next year and get back to reddit to make pretty much the same complaint with a plus one to join the equation.

Have strict standards for the father of your children and refuse to compromise! Stop letting these LVM spread their genes. Your potential kids deserve better than some selfish, shitty, lowlife loser.

All women, every one of us have a backup of power deep within us. Its what allows a woman to save her child that's pinned beneath a car, or take abuse meant for a child. YOU HAVE TO FIND YOUR POWER! There's no going bellied up when you have 2 children you have to FIGHT FOR. You going to let them win? To beat you down? Can you look at your babies and just give up? Fight! Let us fight with you!

This is why I wouldn’t have a baby with a man I’m not married too for at least a couple years. I don’t know how many others think this way, but I do. Obviously there is a getting to know you dating phase, then the engagement phase, then the newly married phase, then you have another year or two to live together and everything. Then you have the baby when you are doing good (or leaving if he’s like this).

What makes this really difficult is that are are a large number of men who go completely downhill once pregnancy/a baby comes along. It's as if they know "she's trapped-- I can behave exactly as I want".
