I am a married woman with children. I am now in my 40’s. I am married to a wonderful man. He is respectful, kind and hard working. He has never asked for anything demeaning and he cares about my pleasure in bed. He has his own business that makes good money. He is supportive and kind. We lived in London and NYC now we live in Africa. Our life together has been exciting.

What I want to tell all you women is when I was young I followed these rules exactly. I never had a name for it. I didn’t know it was called FDS. What I did know is that this is a man’s world but women have priceless value. I urge all women reading this page to read the wiki and follow it.
