I know this is mostly about dating and meeting someone new - but I think this is key for any relationship. Whether it's completely new or 15 years in with kids and a house. Knowing you'll be okay if you leave is really, really powerful.

Sometimes it'll be complicated or upsetting or hard to do, sometimes you'll need help to take that first step or every step, but nobody should be made to feel like they HAVE to stay in a situation that's making them unhappy, or hurting them. There's always a path back to being okay.
