So, the artsy research guy from my previous post actually asked me out, after I followed the previous advice. There’s a local restaurant that apparently does a board game night. Sounds super fun.

However, he mentioned that his apartment was not wheelchair accessible (this applies to me). I asked him who said anything about that, and said he was a bit presumptuous. He said that he knows I’m not trying to do that, but he thought I should know that eventually if it comes up. He apologized, but should I just cancel? For what it’s worth, I am looking for something short-term, and I just told him “I’m looking just to meet some people and see if anything clicks”. However, I want things on my terms.

I do think this might be a block and move on situation, but I’m a tad reluctant because he’s a) cute b) another stem person and c) he actually planned a really good date idea

Update- date sucked. Terrible at conversations, place was more like a bar, didn’t offer me a drink or even try to be friendly. Nexted so hard.
