I adore Cardi B. She’s not perfect, she’s not the model of what FDS would advise (stays with a cheater, caters to the male gaze etc). But she is TOUGH.

She believed in herself for YEARS even when everyone was saying she’s not a real rapper, she’s a stripper, she’s a joke. She’s funny af and smart as hell and she is SO much tougher than any of her critics. She’s made an incredible life for herself through sheer determination, hard work, and an unshakeable belief in herself, I think she’s an amazing role model in so many ways.
