It’s an AA book. I don’t have this particular book but it’s a once a day type reflections book. Am a member of AA.

I didn’t share it. I’ve just seen it in meetings. And it’s one I live by since I saw it a year or so ago. I thought it might be in the daily reflection book I have but I checked and it isn’t. I follow FDS because it has many of the same principles of AA. It’s in line with my recovery from alcoholism.

For me it’s not all about someone having a great job or life, but about their mindset. I’ve had some rich, successful friends who were toxic and liked to make me feel less. Took me a while to realise I had to cut them off.
