This one is going in, "The Book"
I recommend everyone to have some version of "The Book" it can be a small or large notebook, and I write things in it that speak to me. And once every 2 weeks I read it from beginning to end.
Reinforcement is the only way I'm going to grow/learn

I totally agree that’s why I’m gonna start writing lines repetitively to hypnotize myself to be a better person and to not fall for the shit anymore.

I carry it everywhere and jot things down that I know I need to know/remember/learn. And when something like this is posted I write it down because I couldn't find the words to covey exactly this, but here they are!
It's helped me tremendously the last 2 years.
