Yes! Love this. My gf who’s having a hard time getting over her narcissistic ex who left her for a teenager is struggling with this. She asks me all the time (because I’ve been through a recent break up too) “doesn’t it hurt you when you think of him kissing and laughing with so and so girl. I’m like, yes of course! But I’m trying not to think about it (thanks for the reminder by the way!) and I’m just focussing on all the shit things he did - which is exactly what she needs to do too.

Focus on losing the porn sick limp dick instead of what he “could have been” if he just fixed his problem.
