Acid also happens to men a lot.

When Philip Davies wanted a new UK victim provision thingy about acid attacks to be gender neutral instead of female-only, he cited something about 25% of acid attacks in the UK being on male victims. He was booed as a misogynist for even bringing it up and trying to block or stall their intentionally gendered bill.

In 2016 there were over 601 acid attacks in the UK based on ASTI figures, and 67% of the victims were male, but statistics from ASTI suggest that 80% of victims worldwide are women.[21] Over 1,200 cases were recorded over the past five years. From 2011 to 2016 there were 1,464 crimes involving acid or corrosive substance in London alone.

An accurate estimate of the gender ratio of victims and perpetrators is difficult to establish because many acid attacks are not reported or recorded by authorities.

I'd caution against this 80% because of what I just cited. Men are less likely to report shameful crimes, especially if its considered a gendered crime happening only to women (like say, rape...acid attacks).

So.... why so much effort trying to proove that women do not suffer horribly in those places? We just need to proove that men do suffer.

FGM - more or less every country that practices FGM also practices MGM.
Stonings - Ditto. Also applies to men to at least as great an extent.
Veil/headscarf/hijab - this can reasonably be seen as misogyny in my opinion, though it also reflects a fear of male sexuality.
Female infanticide/abortion - This is generally the result of expectations that men will be providers and thus will care for the parents economically, while women will not contribute in such a way. This, raising a female will not have as much reward as raising a male. It’s more reflective of differing expectations of gender than of any particular dislike of women.

I’m not an expert on the others.

Countries that practice FGM also generally practice MGM.
Here's the thing about honor killings. While the perps are primarily men, it's not like the women (not the victim) are innocent either. Some women in those societies see it as deserved and in some cases, force the man to commit it. Similarly, female infanticide and FGM is primarily committed by women, though it's gendercide in areas like China and India where sex-selective abortion is practiced. The male equivalent of honor killings are blood feuds.
It's not like the boys are better off in the cultures practicing female infanticide either. Especially the war-like.

Debunk FGM? What's that supposed to mean?

MGM is terrible, I know that. But medically it's less dangerous and harmful than FGM. Something can be horrible without having to make other things less horrible.

I think they're probably misogynistic.

But they should properly be attributed to toxic femininity.
