How can we make actual changes?

First response: Policy follows culture. Got to change minds before we can change much else. And the kind of stuff we talk about here is pretty well suppressed in most places.

Second response: This is a sentiment I've seen directed at people who talk about politics online for at least 20 years. But it's based on an assumption that anyone who talks about politics online doesn't do anything else political in their lives. Which is just that. A weird assumption.

Third response: There's nothing wrong with just having a place to be allowed to talk about this stuff, just for the sake of expressing ourselves in ways that we'll be punished for or blocked entirely from doing elsewhere. It doesn't need to be anything more than that. That has value by itself.

We need to expand our message first, most people even those who empathize with men, don't understand anything beyond false accusations, loneliness etc as men's issues.

Whenever and wherever you see anti-male discrimination, call it out, condemn it, and find allies who will do the same.

Advocate for men regularly with elected officials and other key decisionmakers.

First step: find men that align with our interests at a local level. Meet with them at a bar or park or someplace we can physically interact and be public about it.

Second step: form a united message for everyone. Make it clear that we want an end to Oligarchy regardless of race, gender, etc. We want policies that benefit everyone, not just us, and how our proposed changes will do so.

Third step: form organizations to spread our message at work and help organize ourselves.

Fourth step: take decisive, public action to push our policies forward, from labor strikes to advocate for better wages, hours, and conditions to protests to campus meetings.

One thing the Republicans did very well was grassroots organization. They worked long and slow at a local level and worked their way up. Imposing our policies from the top-down will only generate resentment and resistance. By working upwards, we can supplant the Oligarchs and replace them with a new foundation.

first something like women's strike in Iceland

then we either need to establish parallel institutions to feminism or bring down theirs due to constant media pressure

Organize. We're left-wingers, all left-wingers should know and understand how to organize. This is how we cultivate political capital and this is how we leverage our weight.

Outreach and assistance. It's nice to talk about theory till we're blue in the face but people don't care about talk, they care about action. We need to identify an issue, identify a possible solution, and put it into practice. I help out with a support group for abused, young men. Not so young anymore considering some of us are in our 30s but the point remains. It's small time...but it's all I can really do. If we could organize outreach becomes easier. Think about how missionary work gets converts, we must be as missionaries for our cause.

Coordination. Part of "organize" for sure but any and all resources or groups for men need to be able to work together, communicate, and support each other.

Ideally forums and subs like this one could be used towards these ends but it has to enter the "real world" in some capacity to mean anything. Not helping is this sub is rather smallish, we need outreach if we want to get started on all the other bits.

And never forget the power of the "small time" stuff. Call out misandry when you see it, offer support to guys that need it, show understanding, explain the issues (calmly) to anyone that's in a relevant context and willing to listen.

If you want to make actual changes you need a strategy, a plan and the people. Sadly no one seems to be making an effort to do that (for perfectly understandable reasons, I'm not really doing that either so I can't really criticize).
